A n enjoyable read set in the familiar surroundings of Wellington. I purchased the book because the cover suggested it was a cosy mystery, but it is more specfic, more utopian/dystopian fiction or alternative universe. The army have a major role in this story and society seems more controlled, with a few questionable political decisions.
However, it is a novel/fiction and the loose ends were tied up, it was well written and entertaining.
