Devine, Thomas W.
Thomas (Wayne) Devine had a successful career in public administration but now writes fiction almost full time, indulging a passion that began in his teens. He was born in Blenheim, New Zealand, and currently lives in Wellington with his wife, and with a large inter-generational family nearby.
After trying poetry in his youth he turned, in later life, to writing thriller/suspense novels (currently his main genre for reading).
His maternal forebears came to New Zealand in 1864 from Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. His roots are both British and Irish. He does, however, have a passion for France and things French. His profile photo was taken in Noumea, New Caledonia.
His interests include nature conservation, social justice issues and community support.
His published works include:
If One Can Love (out of print)
Reversal Point (second edition 2012)
